I did not receive my order. I contacted the delivery partner after the order was marked as delivered. He told me that a person standing downstairs said that the order was his, so the delivery partner handed the order to him. I was not contacted or asked to confirm my order, and I never received the food.

I have also recorded my conversation with the delivery partner in which he explained what happened. Please investigate this with the delivery partner and provide a full refund for my order.

When you people can't provide proper services to customers then why you create this app. I mean the owner is only cared about money and how to take money from customers and not about giving them proper services.

My name is Rishika Sharma, and I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding a delivery partner assigned to my order yesterday(24th april) from Teekha Gaon restaurant, jaipur.

The total bill amount was ₹276 on Cash on Delivery. I first gave him ₹76 and then handed him ₹500, expecting ₹300 back.

When I asked for my ₹300 return, he said, “Yes ma’am, I’m giving it, I’m just parking my bike to the side.” However, instead of stopping, he increased his bike speed and suddenly ran away without returning my money. While leaving, he also turned back and used rude and inappropriate words toward me.

This is not only a refund issue but also a serious safety concern for me. His behavior was highly suspicious, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I have already reported him as fraudulent, but I want proper action to be taken and my refund for ₹300 as soon as possible.

I also feel unsafe because of his aggressive behavior and do not want any further contact with this delivery partner. Please treat this matter urgently and ensure strict action is taken against him.

I request you to resolve this issue at the earliest.
