Recently I ordered puma shoes from Amazon on 10th of August and i got a msg that it will be delivered on 13th August so I wasn't home when the order was delivered so I prepaid my order but my order was not delivered to me but I got a msg from Amazon that it has been handed over to your security guard but when I checked it was not there with him so I raised the complain on Amazon's customer service and spoke to them on call when they told me to wait for couple of days as they tried to contact delivery partner. I called them again after 3 days on the 16th because I had gotten no response from their side . This is when they told me to wait for another 5 days as they "investigate" the matter, So I did . After that till today (22nd august)I got no revert back so again it was I who called them to ask what was the update , when they very conveniently told me that they can do nothing on the matter and I have to bear all damages , then they cut the call not letting me ask or speak anything . My total loss was 1799 rupees . I seek either a refund or a free of cost replacement .

I am a Saving account holder in central bank of India on 25/02/2020 4 unknown transection from my account 2891 were not done by me and I had not received any message or notification on my phone when I checked my account summary than I saw these transection.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
