In case of delayed baggage, you can lodge complaint through this Missing Baggage Form .
If your baggage is not located within 21 days, All Nippon Airways will process compensation within 30 to 45 days.
For damaged baggage, report the issue through this Damaged Baggage Declaration Form and file a claim within 7 days of receiving the baggage.

Request for full refund as my flight has been changed

I have booked ticket from Los Angeles to Singapore Via Tokyo, and my PNR is SW594M. Now ANA sight shows my flight has been changed, and this change is not acceptable to me. Please process for cancellation of ticket and for full refund.
