Cancellation And Refund
- For any query/complaint regarding cancellation and refund, you can call at 9909900100 or mail at bookings [at] flyairconnect [dot] com .
- All tickets are non transferable. If you cancel before 24 Hrs of departure date Rs.1120/- deducted of the base fare and if you cancel before 21 hr there will be no Refund.
- Rebooking is possible only up to 6 hours prior to scheduled departure. Charges Applicable shall be Rs.1120/- plus fare difference.

Respected sir/madam
On 24-2-2019 I traveled to Bhavnagar from Surat by Ventura AirConnect, my ticket was booked by Mira Dungarani n I had soft copy of my identity n i also had hard copy but in that the surname is Patel so airport security didn’t allow me to go. So I purchased new ticket with the surname “Patel “
at that time but one person with the same issue without buying a new ticket entered in airport.so my problem was that why Ventura AirConnect Did the “ COSTMER PARCIALITY” .when I called customer care of Ventura AirConnect he told me that the amount of that person will be cut from Ventura’s bulk accounts. So why that person didn’t pay n I had to pay with the same issue?? Please look into this matter n try to justify me.
