I had placed an order for Paras Desi Ghee (1L) and also completed the payment successfully. However, I have not received my order yet. When I contacted the delivery agent, he mentioned it was a wrong number and then disappeared with the item.

Zepto BIG SCAMMERS
I am in the US, so this company is taking their scam on a world tour. They intercepted my order for a car part and when I gave the payment info they wiped my account clean with several transactions appearing all at once. Then they told me it was a glitch in their payment system and insisted that I add more money into my account so that they could initiate a refund! The nerve. I have never heard of there being a minimal balance necessary to receive a refund to my account. They need to be stopped!

DIDNT RECEIVE WATCH IN THE SMART WATCH BOX
I recently ordered a fire bolt watch from Zepto . I was excited to receive the watch. When I did receive the watch the box was empty. There was just the charger in the box and no watch. What kind of service is this. I contacted customer service they processed return of the item. Delivery partner came and took the item back. But the store manager was instigating that the delivery partner took the watch and was threatening him to cut money from his salary which was very wrong. I already complained yet they still wanted me to come to the store and talk to the manager. How is this the way of treating customers????? I felt sorry for the delivery partner and went with him to the store to raise a complaint and not to cut his salary. Never ordering from Zepto ever again. Worst experience ever.

Zepto keeps sending me notifications of free cash and when I click on it there’s nothing on it also when I select items to order it gives entirely different amount to total as per calculations of the item and GST prices. On 13th May I ordered rice 5kg instead of 10 kg by mistake and paid 458/- for the same on delivery.
