I had placed an order for Paras Desi Ghee (1L) and also completed the payment successfully. However, I have not received my order yet. When I contacted the delivery agent, he mentioned it was a wrong number and then disappeared with the item.

I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and either deliver my order or initiate a full refund of the total amount. Additionally, I would like to raise a complaint against the delivery agent involved in this issue.

Return , misleading and refund

A delivery boy mentioned that the product got 100% return but the fact is I believed that where he told just pay me right now so I can mention delivery completed so I believed that and paid he told I updated as delivery completed like he told me that also give me this product I will give that back to main association or headquarter from there they will remark you that product returned and you will get refund in few hours but the fact is 1 day passed still I didn’t got refund

we order juice mixer grinder from zepto and we recived item the item deliverd for us is faulty and dameged so we rise ticket. ticket no is TKCA5ADF3F183 and your help desk has says that ''we have arrenged a return policy for you kindly keep the product aside in its original condition ,ensuring it has not been used .our delivery partner wiil arrive at your location whthin the next 15 minutes to collect the item and process the return''.

I am writing to bring to your attention a very serious issue I encountered with a recent order from your platform. Upon opening the package of the cable charger I received, I was shocked to find it infested with several cockroaches. As soon as I opened the packet, the cockroaches scattered all over my room, causing panic and creating an unhygienic environment.

Zepto free cash

I have ordered 5 items with the free cash of 125, the total was 334.99 then gst(9.30) and zepto membership 1 . The total bill was 346 .
I don't see where the 125 cash is applied.

They say the promo voucher of 125 applied including delivery charges but the delivery charge was 75 only then why the remaining 75rs is not applied to my total bill

Money not refunded

Today at 9.39 am I ordered two product (amul butter Rs 62 and cold drink Rs 40)
I choose the option of payment by UPI id

Zepto BIG SCAMMERS

I am in the US, so this company is taking their scam on a world tour. They intercepted my order for a car part and when I gave the payment info they wiped my account clean with several transactions appearing all at once. Then they told me it was a glitch in their payment system and insisted that I add more money into my account so that they could initiate a refund! The nerve. I have never heard of there being a minimal balance necessary to receive a refund to my account. They need to be stopped!

Dear Zepto Customer Service,

Wow! I recently ordered Mother Dairy milk via your app, and to my utter delight, it arrived without any label — no manufacturing date, no expiry date, nothing. A bold move in 2025, I must say.

But the real kicker? The milk tasted bitter — the kind of flavor you only get when dairy turns into a science experiment. Was this a special edition? “Guess-the-Date Challenge”? Or are you starting a new line of fermented experiences without telling your customers? This happend 2nd time .

Just a quick question though:
Are you guys in the business of delivering fresh groceries or surprise stomach infections?

In case this was just a one-time accidental scam, I’d love to know:

Why is Mother Dairy milk arriving without any basic labeling?

Is Zepto now offering "mystery products" as a feature?

And most importantly, can I get a refund before I have to get a doctor?

DIDNT RECEIVE WATCH IN THE SMART WATCH BOX

I recently ordered a fire bolt watch from Zepto . I was excited to receive the watch. When I did receive the watch the box was empty. There was just the charger in the box and no watch. What kind of service is this. I contacted customer service they processed return of the item. Delivery partner came and took the item back. But the store manager was instigating that the delivery partner took the watch and was threatening him to cut money from his salary which was very wrong. I already complained yet they still wanted me to come to the store and talk to the manager. How is this the way of treating customers????? I felt sorry for the delivery partner and went with him to the store to raise a complaint and not to cut his salary. Never ordering from Zepto ever again. Worst experience ever.

Fraud

Zepto keeps sending me notifications of free cash and when I click on it there’s nothing on it also when I select items to order it gives entirely different amount to total as per calculations of the item and GST prices. Why to get into business , when you are not aware of how to handle it? From the start , zepto has always been a scam app . Something or the other issue , it may be an issue with either delivering half order and charging full amount and not able to use free cash . What is the purpose of building an app? Money refund on product return

On 13th May I ordered rice 5kg instead of 10 kg by mistake and paid 458/- for the same on delivery. But I returned it on the same day immediately and I received a message that my money has been refunded and refund ref numbrer I can check on refund page in Zepto app. But when i m trying for the same I did not fine any such page.
