Dear Sir,

I had purchased my Nissan Magnite in March 2021.

I was getting services from NEO NISSAN Noida service centre and paid for Gold programme.

However started facing problem for services when they closed their operations at Noida and I was told that they are shifting the operations to some other location in Noida and by the time asked me to get the services done through their Ghaziabad Meerut Road services centre. Where on the very first instance I faced problem in my DRL which was found not working and the rear seat was spoiled hence I stopped taking services from there also.

Now as Noida services centre was not working and Ghaziabad services centre issues after so much wait I had no other option to either go to Nissan service centre located far off from my location at Indrapuram Ghaziabad. As I was told Noida service centre is taking some more time hence thinking that their Noida service centre would be operating shortly ,I had no option other than getting my routine service including change of oil and filters, done from a local service provider.

Though I appreciate the performance of Magnite I am concerned about services which is extremely important for the customer and would definitely be a concern for people like me who have only one vehicle and want to use the same whenever required more worried in case the vehicle once on the road faces some problems creating a bad scene.

Moreover What would happen to my Gold membership for which I had paid around 16K. one time payment.

I had bought NISSAN KICKS on 11th of February from Kiara Automobiles JABALPUR M.P., which already from the time of buying the car, I was harassed a lot by the general manager, well he may have forgotten but after that some problems in my car Service was started, but it did not work very much, even today the sound comes from the rear of the car, After that my car had an accident, even at the time of claim, I was misguided and only half of the car was claimed, still my car is in dent-paint condition due to not being fully claimed but even then I Didn't take any action due to busy life But just 2 days ago my car's first servicing was done after completing 10000 km, only service charge was freed on first service, all other things were billed Kher finally the car came back after servicing today even after 3 days His air condition is not working, which was fine before servicing, I had to pay money by changing the ac filter, the ac is not working either. There are many more problems in the car, in spite of so many complaints, I bow to you, through this mail, I am only highly unsatisfied with your company, your service and your people.

fake Promise date

Hi Team Nissan,

I booked nissan Magnite XL white in December 2020 with booking id 49368XXXXX . I have been waiting since then for our car's delivery and I was constantly in touch with Mr Surinder Kumar (sales team) and Naveen Kumar (manager) of Neo Nissan Prashant Vihar showroom, Delhi but even after several commitments they didn't meet the promised date of delivery.
They have been false promising us since a long time. We have also tried reaching out to customer care services but nobody answered my call.
I want to know whether we are gonna get our car or not and if yes then I need a commitment from Nissan with a delivery date and if no, then unfortunately I would have to raise a compliant against the company and the dealer.
It has been more than a year now since I paid for the booking amount. I think Nissan should show a courtesy and make final decisions ASAP to solve this conflict.
I highly appreciate if I get a positive response from you.
Please let me know if any further information is required from my side.

Complaint about datsun service center

Hello Head CRM Sir/Madam,

This is a complaint email I'm writing to you to help me to come out of the situation because of the Service done by Nissan(Datsun) service center .

Day before yesterday (01/10/2021) 11.54PM I started my journey from Pune to Buldhana. While driving I heard an abnormal sound from the gearbox and because of the slow speed I safely parked the car beside the road . I had opened the bonnet to see what was happening but had no idea what actually happened . I tried to start the car but it produced a high abnormal sound from the engine, a situation like when we press the clutch then we can start the car but when we release the clutch it produces an abnormal sound and we were not able to place 1st gear . at midnight 2AM I was stuck and I was in an unsafe zone with my friend .
at midnite we tried to find towing services on google and many did not respond on call , finally I found one who was ready to come .
I don't know much about Ahmednagar so decided to move Aurangabad and we went to aurangabad in the morning almost 6AM in front of Aztral showroom as per google address (Aztral Nisaan railway station road , raja bansilaal market A.bad). we decided to wait because 9.30AM was the time on the service center google profile. I have tried Aztral Nisaan number present on google but no one was picking up (083xxxxx) I was frustrated so came out from the car and ask the person standing outside and he said its closed and he don't know where it is now . So i have started finding the roadside assistance on google so find one number and I have called them so they said they can only provide service to Pune and Nasik ,I was trying to find other number on google, no one responded so I have try Toll free number luckley I was connected with Tarun and he help me again to towing my car to correct location which is in Chikalthana A.bad that he told me. I have to wait again for (towing person ) to come and finally reach to service center in the morning 9.20AM ...

Aztral Service Advisor Dnyashwar Wakle understood my situation and within 20 min they pulled my car inside to check and we found that the engine issue might be a gearbox issue because there is no engine/gear oil . I don't know which oil is this but I shot a video while checking my car . We have found that in previous servicing they didn't do their work/job well and they kept the engine oil nut/bolt loose and caused big trouble . Dnyashwar told me that it will take 3 days if there is not a major impact or if parts are not available it will take more time that they will advise . Also if there is a major impact it will cost a lot .

Situation now is even worse because there were two people and we had our luggage and my destination was 150km away from me . I was in tears and not able to think what we can do now. all the mistake done by service center , Engine oil Nut/boult is the Lnkey type was loos it was not tight and because of that I have gone through the Fear , Frustration , Mental Torchar , Unbalanced health because of delay in reaching home ,trip motive get flushed because of Money spend on this case .

Now I want Nissan to help me with my Car repair costs. I need a temporary car for daily use , and the money that I have spent in one day .
All this happened in the rain and we were scared .

My car (DL8CAV6787) got an accident and handover it to NEO NISSAN 63 NOIDA Uttar Pradesh for repairing. All charges approved by the Insurance company: 1.
1.Bumper changed but new bumper fitted with screw.
2.The headlight of the car is not working properly.
3.Petrol tank cap has been removed from the petrol tank and approx 10 ltr petrol was there in my car which was removed.
4.Horn of the car is not working.
5.Petrol meter is also not working.
6.Wheels of the car are not balanced.

Further spoke to Mr. Kapil Manager about above issues but he did not respond properly .
Kindly look into the matter as NISSAN company is a reputed company and self must be satisfied with the NISSAN services but I am very upset.

On purchase of Nissan Kicks salesman from Nissan Velocity Ambala Haryana has promised me to give one service every year free for first three years but now they have not punched that deal with my vehicle. What should be done with this behaviour of the staff? In addition front windscreen of my Kicks got damaged 2 months ago and I had visited the showroom 3 times and they are not giving proper response for claim and always saying that windscreen will come in one week. I m very upset with this type of behaviour of the staff. Highly disgusting behaviour

Charging extra and not accepting the moratorium request


I had sent a mail for moratorium request no one replied however my EMIs stopped .

I thought the moratorium was accepted but now they are calling me and asking to pay three months EMI pluse high intrest.

No one is helping only recovery person calls and threatens

I bought a Datsun ready go Car from Dhaanvi Nissan at Nagaon state ASSAM. before 1 YEAR AGO...

Now 2 days ago my car front and back Windshield glass broken .. i just call nagaon datson service center regarding Windshield glass price and
process .. and talk with Mr Rupan..... I
think that they dont have knowledge of car properly. Pathetic service and response . Dont care for customer. Really disappointed.

It is really pathetic and unprofessional way the showrooms of Nissan service center nagaon....

They didnt give any responses of calls and they told they will give car on tuesday but didnt give. Even they do not know exactly when they can give; I think that they dont have knowledge of car properly. Pathetic service and response . Dont care for customer. Really disappointed.

Problem in New Vehicle (Datsun Go-S ) Automatic

Dear Sir/Madam,
On 13.12.19 I purchased a motor vehicle from RNG AUTOMOBILES PVT.LTD., KANPUR - 208003 (Chassis No. MDHFBACD0J5829532, Engine No. B4DA404E127269, Datsun redi Go S Drive 1.0,Make - 2018, registration number-UP78GA4002 ). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because (Given engine indication on screen and not running on reverse as well as forward gear) already you have rectified from your end, however, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there. Previously at the time of purchase vehicle already found in 2150 km running shown in meter, the above given problem that time also present. you have reversed the meter reading at 150 km and told this was software problem, now when the problem again persist ,I think the vehicle is faulty. I need new vehicle by replacing it immediately. The reporting concern persons are, Mr. Kunal, Mr.Vikram and Ms Anjali.

I bought a nissan kicks on first day of launch in india. Company was supposed to provide 3 years free service and warranty to me. But i was surprised to know that no such details has been punched in my car’s name. So now I cannot avail free service and free warranty. This is absolute fraud by nissan india and the dealer. I want solution to this issue as soon as possible.

About blaming

i bought a Datsun go+ Car in Madurai Jeevan Nissan before 6months that time your executive offered me an under chase painting as a compliment for buying a car and i checked unfortunately on after one month they didn't do that under chase painting work I asked while buying a car they said yeah that coating was completed but not do that I asked so many time for that work they are giving the same reason there is no person for work and not giving a proper response to customer they give response only before buying a vehicle after that they didnt give a proper response to us so give a time last week I gave it for first service that time also they didnt did that work again asking a time and telling same answer they will do that work on 2nd service so your executievs are balming a customers and i need my offer and where i have to complaint and i need proper response

Very rude and pathetic behaviour from Nissan service centre Trivandrum near bypass . I was not able to start car and asked for help in Nissan service centre and even went their but no response from them they were not willing to come at any cost. My car was parked in centre of town . They were not even able under stand situation and i losses around four hours their. Car was under warranty...!!!!!!!


It is really pathetic and unprofessional way the showrooms of Nissan in South India, Especially Kerala are been run. The highlight is that you ask for any part of the vehicle, is not available and is on order and will take a week, which is a clear indication that none has the required stocks nor are maintaining and track of stock shortages. Even timing belt, alternator belt are not in stock with many service centres. Nissan India seems to have joined hands with wrong partners or have compromised their control over the franchisees. which ends up in difficulties to customers.

The way it has been handled (I would refrain from the term managed as it is not managed at all) chances of a change in situation is unlikely as the poisonous practice has rised to a sort of standard and it will be impossible to manage it any more. Nissan India fails to check and render service to its customers.

Water is leaking in May car

Sir,i am a nissan micra holder. After an accident i went for repairing of my car to tirupati motors alwar rajasthan. Where i meet Mr. Ankit bodyshop manager and told him about damages for repairing but i feel he is not serious to listen me. After repairing when i go for delivery the car was not completed but they told me to after 4-5 days bring your car then they repair the rest work.I gave a cheque to them and took my car.When i submit the bill to insurance company for claim the demand the receipt though bill was credit bill. When i asked Mr.Ankit about receipt he told me we will give you receipt after the cheque will clear. After 5 days when cheque clearance he gave me a receipt mentioing received cheque while he received the cheque 5 days prior and receipt should be given to me at the same time but he did not give. After 5 days i went with my car for remaining work and after 2 days i bring it again incomplete with assurance that they later do the work. Yesterday my son went for rest of work as per their promise then your bodyshop manager abuses my son and threats him to see outside. Then he meet tirupati nissan's md Mr Suneel agarwal and Mr.Saurabh agarwal but they didnot given any satisfactory reply.So i request you to do needful. Thanks.

but not a satisfied customer because at the time of buying the dealer said that they will provide accessories of rs 5k for free but even after 3months they only give me a empty car, i told them several time more the 50time to provide the necessary accessories required for the car but they only give a time and even they have very rough behavior and it so annoying for me and it's not a way to treat customers so please provide the special treatment for this or else i will withdrawal my loan and ask for my old car which was exchanged.
