worst product quality and very bad service by nexus
the product quality is very bad,I purchased Nexus ro from Flipkart June 13,2020 and with in month he is not working and nexus company not provide me a technician and not received my call,it is totally fraud company and worst experience with it I never recommend this brand

It is really a bad product. The dealers are looting people. Breakdown happens every month. Wastage of money. Please never buy this product.
Bad Quality Nexua Water Filter
Since June to september twice break down happened in Nexua Wter Purifier .Not worth bying the product .Pla return my money .The Purifier was instaled at Hill Ridge -1 Blaokc 702 Gochiwali Hyderabad

Nexus is a fraud company. Their employees are lier too as per their company's policy. I bought a water purifier of make Nexus from Flipkart. I called Nexus to organize a technician for the installation , they asked Rs500 would be charged for installation.I regretted them and hired a technician from market for the installation. He found Product faulty( Carbon filter leakage). I raised return request on Flipkart on the same day.next day Nexus called me and asked you hired third party for installation and he might done something wrong with the product,then he said you will have to hire technician from Nexus and he will check the product and will replace the faulty part in the product but product will not be replaced and we will charge Rs500 for the installation, also I will have to cancel the replacement request on Flipkart.I agreed with them and they sent their technician on the same day, but unfortunately the technician sent by them was the same person whom I hired a day before third party who did something wrong with the product as per their statement.Then that guy told me that they hire technician by searching the internet in the required area.i was shocked.Then the part he had to replace was found local made, I regretted him not to install this.Then he talked to Nexus, technician explained him the issue then Nexus said him why he has not peeled off the sticker of other brand before reaching to the customer(his phone was on speaker). This is the fraud this company is doing..

Unable to unlock Pattern
Hi my nexus 7 (2013) is unable to unlock pattern also rotation is of & wifi is connected. Result of all wrong attempts to unlock the pattern ends up viewing only to wait for some time for next attempt. Am unable to see “ forgot password” option. I would request the concerned authority to help me out from this pattern getting unlocked. Thanking u.
