Regarding poor services
I had complaint about the no network issues on your costumer care number. They told me that the person will visit in his working ours but now 2 days have passed. No response from your side no person had visited. also I had complaints thrice. Calling them and waiting for 5-5 min only to talk with them nd not getting any response about their efforts and this is ridiculous.you have the poorest network services
Wrost service
My name is Rajiv . I am from machhiwara sahib, ludhiana. Pincode 141115. Before last 3 month i taken net plus broadband conenction
But after 2 month the network speed i recieved very very poor.
Many times i called on service provider no. Every time he ignoured.
Now today i again call him for disconnect my connection but he rudly talk with me. In starting he taken 2000 rupees from me
But now i want to refund my security ammount but they not giving back
Kindly work on my complaint and solve my problem i want my ammount refund urgent.

Just waste of money to add a connection of netplus there technician very use less they visit you after a week and you have to pay bill of full month
