Bad condition of paint

Last week I bought Nerolac suraksha plastic emulsion 2420
(Thunder bay) from one authorised shop
I applied 3 coat on a interior wall but it's condition is horrible
I'm regularly using
Nerolac suraksha but first time it's happend

Mica marble paint damaged in couple of months

Very cheap quality material

Very cheap quality material as i painted my house one year back and just within this short span it looks like ten years old house and i also complained for the product and nobody responded and even the dealing staff of complaint cell were very careless and impudent.i request all not to go for this filthy brand .

Poor service and poor quality of product provided by nerolac

My newly constructed house is being painted and the painting material used is of nerolac viz excel total and pearl emulsion.The total painting area of my house is nearly 13,000 sq.ft. including doors,windows,grills,walls,ceiling.
Presently the indoor painting work is in progress, but iam not satisfied with result and the quality of paint/emulsion. The finish after the final coat of emulsion is not upto the mark and looks third class as if some local emulsion has been applied of 50 rupees a litre.
I am unable to understand the issue and reason of such a poor and worst finish.
I contacted a local support from nerolac twice but he didn't pay a visit to the site, now iam completely helpless and paranoid.
Nerolac please look into the matter as soon as possible, as this about there reputation and goodwill.
