Return & Exchange
- Unopened products in original packaging are eligible for return
within 30 days. - Electric Bicycles have a return policy of 30 days or 50 mile
maximum odometer reading. - May be returned for Exchange, Refund or Store Credit up
to 14 days after receipt. - You may exchange or return your device(s) to NFM one time
within the first 14 days of the original purchase date. - If, after 30 days, and before 120 days, you have not reached your
desired level of comfort, you may exchange your mattress for the
