- Ticket once booked cannot be cancelled or transferred in part or in full, only date can be modified.
- Ticket rescheduling system is only applicable for nandankanan zoo entry and botanical garden entry. It is not applicable for pindi booking and guest house booking.
- No cancellation or refund is allowed on tickets issued from the website online ticketing interface.
