Do not ever travel by these MSRTC buses worst service i ever noticed booked bus for my wife from Nagpur to Etapalli Boarding time was 10.15am it's 11.30am still there is no reason why the bus is delaying why these people are so arrogant if you ask for the reason, totally worst and frustrated service by MSRTC Nagpur, totally Shame on you how the lady can travel in night from Etapalli to other destination?
Give me the answer and anything happens the total responsible authority will be MSRTC.
Safety of women in bus like SHIVSHAHI
I boarded my spouse in nagpur-amravati shivshahi at 2:10 pm from ravinagar square.The bus was half full but single occupancy by male on window side. There was hardly any female. There was no conductor. However a person from the bus stop at ramnagar was making e-ticket was asked about and he replied there is no reservation for ladies and person travelling has to adjust. This is ridiculous.NO CONDUCTOR, NO RESERVED SEATS FOR LADIES. WHAT ABOUT SAFETY OF WOMEN?

Waiting from bus from 6.50 Am. This is disgusting service you giving to customers. This is the 6th time happening this. Also no info given regarding delaying of bus and not a single person is present here at boarding pt. To whom we interrogate. What's this??
