Return/Refund And Complaint

Step 1: Register Your Complaint

  • For any query/complaint regarding the return/replacement and refund you can WhatsApp at 022-65867005 or mail at support [at] naaptol [dot] com .
  • You have to raise a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Step 2-A: Option A-Free Pick-Up

  • Pack the product with the original invoice/bill.
  • Then WhatsApp at 022-65867005 and raise a reverse pickup request.
  • The pickup will be done within 4-5 days of request.

Step 2-B: Option B-Alternate Free Dispatch

  • Pack the product with the original invoice/bill.
  • In case if reverse pickup is not available, you can send the product through courier or post.
  • Then WhatsApp the receipt at 022-65867005 .

Conplaint

I had order for slim belt and I was told that this free size but when I received the product it was too small and I lodged complaint very next day and I was told that I will be issued refund voucher. After 4/5 days no action was taken and when I called today I.e 26/03/2023 the staff refused to entertain and misbehaved with me and disconnected my call . I called again and again but same misbehaviour and nothing happened.
I wish to inform you that this is cheating but nothing. It is batter of Rs500 but that’s immaterial but you have lost the customer for ever and I will inform this on all the promotional platforms.
