Not refund money
I purchase a dress for my kid. Bcz of size issue i have to return it . As per staff mumkin say i hand over the product to delivery boy . Now at refund time staff mumkins say another dress reach their . So not refunded my money . I want to know if it is my responsibility to reach the parcel on mumkin address than i choose courier service . And i give the product to delivery boy after consulting with staff of mumkins. And after the delivery any message not given to me that another product reach their . After 5-6 day i call on mumkins site than they tell me about this.i think it is responsibility of staff to tell me about this matter. And now staff not coprate with me . Plz solve my issue .
