Since that I Run Car 12481 KM.
Please note on 15th of January I Traveling from My Home ( Ahmedabad ) to Ambaji ( AMBE MATA Temple ). At Time of Return when I Reached Gandhinagar Front Left Side Tire Accidently Broken. I Step Down from Car and Check Tire its Total Damage. Also Note Side Tire touch on Drain Gutter Box at That Time My Car Speed 10 KMH.

Very inferior quality of tyre was supplied by the company. I bought a new Tata altroz and within a few days my trye was bursted automatically and when send to company for a check they told it was externally damaged by you only. And there were no puncture and even no external damages. How easily you blame us for anything and get a safe side for yourself. Had a very bad experience with your products and will never suggest anyone to buy.

I have been all along using MRF tyres & insisting on MRF tyres during replacement
In 2018 I changed all tyres of my Zen Estillo , I travelled approx less than 4000 kms with this new tyres ( covid lockdown )
I found one of the tyres joint was opened ( like shoe sole opens)
Got 2 new tyres again insisted MRF

Reported complaint thru dealer Kaveri Tyres , Dahisar, Mumbai 400068
for quality feedback for improvement if required

To my surprise I got SMS from MRF saying it's misuse of product , driving on low air pressure or nil air

This i feel is absolutely wrong on your part , I expected better investigation from company like MRF ,
When all other tyres are ok how can this happen to just one tyre ? Who in mumbai travels with low air pressure ?
Is it investigation ?or blaming customer for manufacturing defect.?
I am not interested in free replacement or any favour since I have already changed 2new tyres
Better investigation would have given me confidence to use MRF in future as well

Maine Sunday ko tyre replacement ke liye diya tha 2 din me denge bola abtak nahi mila customers support not good

MFG DEFECT
I Purchased 4 nos. tyre of MRF and put in the same car with 2 year mfg warranty. but after one month one tyre is burst during drive.
I will send tyre complaint through supplier M/S TYRE SHOP near pochampalli hyderabad.But MRF costemer service engineer dose not given satisfactory regin about us. company refused any mfg defect complaint and return tyre to supplier. please confirm me what will do. if company doesn't give replacement then I will go for legal.

I have Purchase Yamaha bike FZS-FI in 14th january 20, Which rear Tyre MRF ser. no. 140/60R17. Total run km.2527.Tyre have air leakage, But many time Puncture checked, leakage not found. In Tyre all air leakage in 10 days.
We request you to please look into the matter & change the same under warranty.Hope the above request will meet your kind consideration.
