We purchase a moto c plus mobile at online. 2 days working. after two days it's speaker gone silent. We consult a authorised service center in chittor.they send the mobile to moto service centre tirupati.after they return my phone with service. 2 hours after burrrrr..... Sound coming through the speaker with voice when calling. After doing same process and getting mobile. After one hour it's nature is same like above. Pls rectify problem

Complaint regarding Motorola charger
I purchased a Motorola charger from authorised service centre in Pune for Rs.1550 on 28 July. The charger was unpacked. After reaching home I found that it is not working. I went back next day and informed them, so they handed me another charger. This charger is making noise during charging. Plz inform what should I do as they are refusing for the refund.

Saharanpur up service centre is horrbly bad.
Very very bad customer service.My moto g 4 turbo charger was not charging my set.I went to Saharanpur service centre.They told it cant be repaired.I asked about a new one .They told it cost Rs.1700 but refused to give any gurantee at all.Extremely bad response and customer satisfaction is absolutely nil.The toll free and customer care no.s of the company are also not working properly.
Bad customer service at the customer service desk
I bought a Motorola phone not even a month back. It was Motorola g5s. Whenever I charge the phone it gets heated up. So much that it's actually difficult to hold the phone. When I called the customer care they asked me to visit the service centre which is at Behala Kolkata. Terrible experience that I have received here. The lady that I met first said it was normal without even letting me finish. I literally had to fight for my right to speak. She then said they will reset the software settings and I ll land up losing my data. I agreed. After good half and hour a man approaches me saying the heating is normal and he didn't reset the software setting. Half n hour he was just looking at my phone I believe. Twice they said it's normal and I was asked to deal with it
Moto gfivsplus goes on silent mode automatically with headphones
My Moto g5splus goes automatically to silent mode once connected to headphones. Also volume goes to zero. I triend connecting orginal moto g5s plus earphones same problem. Please help us. I see many people have put this in motorolla forum but no one is able to provide the fix.

Replacement of part
I want to bring to your notice that I have an Motorola e4 plus, from some time out speaker is giving a screeching sound I went to the service center they checked the phone and told me that an small part has to be changed but u have to leave the phone for a week . when I asked them why you want to keep the phone when only a small part has to be changed they said it's company procedure.so I want to ask when my phone is working perfectly why can't I keep the phone with me when the part comes I can go and get it done because how a person stay with out the phone for so long hence if you can direct the service center I will be thankful I am a resident of jhansi uttar Pradesh

The VoLTE function is not working while on roaming mode, at that time the net is functioning.The service provider(Jio Ind) gave a clean chit to their service.Visited Motorola Kolkata (Lenin Sarani) service centre twice.But no solution was resulted.
