साउंड बार के लिए टोल फ्री नंबर पर पिछले 45-50 दिन से लगातार संपर्क किय जा रहा है परन्तु इनके टोल फ्री नंबर पर मेरी कम्पलेंट नहीं ली जा रही लगाकर एक ही बात बोली जाती है कि तकनिकी खराबी के कारण कम्पलेंट रजिस्टर नहीं की जा रही है थोड़ा 48 घंटो क इंतजार करें मेरे द्वारा कॉल सेंटर पर 18 बार कॉल किया जा चूका है जिसमे हर बार यही बात कही गयी है इससे यह तो स्पष्ट होता है कि इस ब्रांड द्रारा अपना प्रोडक्ट बेचने के बाद अपने ग्राहक को कोई भी सपोर्ट प्रदान नहीं करता है हमेशा तकनीकी खराबी का बहाना बनाते रहता है जो भी उक्त ब्रांड का कोई भी प्रोडक्ट खरीद रहा है तो यह अवश्य ध्यान रखे कि बाद में कोई भी खराबी आने पर इनके सर्विस सेंटर से कोई भी सपोर्ट नहीं मिलने वाला है

notification that your mobile has been updated to Android 13. I updated it and after a month a green single line appears on my mobile.

This is suresh who was buy moto g82 5g mobile invoice date as 28.9.2022 through Flipkart.Recently I am updated version of Android 13 as on 28dec2023.After one month I am facing problem on my mobile screen green line issue occured.my mobile has no any physical damage.

I'm using motorola edge 20 fusion, I can't use data while on call. Supposing if i put the data on in sim 2 and i got a call in sim 1 then my data automatically turns off. Please help!

A few days ago, unfortunately in a morning I call to someone and than afterwards, I have seen that whatever the data is being there in the phone is automatically erased
And phone is fully formatted
And when I power on the phone, it works like a new one

I realised that my decision is wrong with purchasing the motorola brand mobile.
This is a fake information provided of his mobile.
My phone motorola edge 20 fusion is totally worst device.
It's camera fault, software update issue, battery issue, and most of network issue.
Device is 5g, but 2021 to till date I don't seen the 5g speed in this device. I am using 4g till date.
So, my opinion is other brand mobile is better than the motorola phone.
I hate this brand.
I feel my money is totally loss.

I have purchased moto e13 smartphone from filpkart date 26/07/2023 but from last two days its microphone does not working properly

I gave my mobile for charging issue. They told me may be battary problem. I told them to change the battary. They changed. But the problem not solved. Next day I again went to customer service senter. They told it's may be due to charger problem. Advised me to change the charger. I agree to change, but am thinking next day what problem they will tell me. Iam thinking it's mobile problem better to change other mobile.
They can not find the accurate issue on mobile.and customer service very very bad.the service center name is Kurnool 518004

Few days before I committed a mistake to purchase Moto G56,8GB, 128 GB ram.After some time I come to know there is no recording function of calls in this set. Now I will apprise my experience to relatives. In this connection company is requested to make it ensure to provide such type of recording facilities in their Moto sets and oblige.

I am sorry to inform u that by mistake I have purchased a set of G 62 5 G 8 GB 128 RAM from a local shop keeper in Chandigarh. I hv come to know later the set of Moto are not built in Recording function of all calls. I hv an urgent need of this system/function. Now I will try my best to inform all my friend circle not to purchase such company's Mobile set because this has not satisfactory functions in their Mobiles.

First time I have purchased Motorola phone (g60) from Flipkart .one month phone is working properly but after one month turbo charger is not working then start showing connected but not charging after few hours showing slow charging. My phone took 6 to 7 hours to complete 50% charge..so it's very bad experience from Motorola company so stop making phone ...my 15000 is totally waste..

After update in Android 12 my moto G60 battery is draining quickly, even if i am not using phone it drains 80% to 50% suddenly then 50 % to 30%, and it is charging too slow.

Before 1 month my mobile was in battery problem. Service centre had been changed battery and charged for this. After some days again same problem was create in this mobile and service centre is again taking charge for this problem. I am not satisfy of your service.....

There is no solution to my problem. the phone suddenly and on its own got Blank and the screen went off. the customer service center reverted after 20 days and said there is Water Damage which is totally insane. Kindly help me to get the solution as the phone is in warranty period. it can surely be exchanged.

I had handed over my Moto Z mobile for battery discharge issues to your service center, M/s Dream Mobiles, Kochi on 11/03/2019. However the issue has not been resolved till date.

The contention of your service center is that they received 2 batteries in two weeks but both happened to be defective. It is really regretful that a company of Lenovo's stature would supply defective parts to the authorised service centers.

Please intervene in the matter to ensure a professional and expeditious resolution.
