It is painfully inform you that i have requested for the repair of my mivi neckband on 28 of September.till now i haven't got my product back.and there is no communication to the customer service they are not picking my call.and mail me that sorry to inform you for the delay of our service.no other contact kindly provide me right person so that i can communicate to them

DELIVERY

I have purchased MIVI F60 sound-bar from your website on 15th August 2023. I have paid in advance.

It is 9th day but still not getting any update any shipment detail from MiVi Team.

Its very bad experience. Being an Indian I think to buy Make In India product. But due to experience with you people, I will never suggest anyone to buy your product.

I even raise this on Instagram, 5-6 times mailed them , but no response from this people.

Now If I am going to cancel order then also they will take 5 business days to return my money and don't know they will return my money or not.

Delay in delivery the repaired product

I bought mivi collar classic wireless headphones in the month of September, it stopped working in May, i requested for repair as it was under warranty coverage. They took the product and it's being more than a month, since I have received the product. There is no response nor updates via email.kindly look into this issue and delivery the product.

Mivi duopods is not working since 10 days.

6 days ago they sent me an email saying that your product has been repaired and will leave the warehouse in 48 hours .Its been 6 days and there is no mails or information about my product and when i mail them there is no response THIS IS RIDICULOUS.A very cheap company who cant take care of their customers .

Bad product and worst service

I bought a classic collar neckband in Oct 2021, in December it is not getting On. When I called to customer service, their response was also very late. Now I am irritate with this type of service. Bad service along with bad product. This is the reason no one choose MADE IN INDIA product, because of this type of service. Never again I'll buy Mivi product. Fraud company and their product. One more thing they return the warranty product after 3 months, this is the reality. Don't buy! Don't buy! Don't buy!
