श्रीमान निवेदन पूर्वक कहना है कि 1:- यदि कोई व्यक्ति ठोस एवं तरल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन में 10 दिनों का प्रशिक्षण प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत नही करता है तो क्या उस व्यक्ति का स्वच्छता प्रेवेक्षक में चयन हो सकता है?
2:-अगर कोई स्वच्छाग्रही ठोस एवं तरल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन में 10 दिनों का प्रशिक्षण प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत नही करता है तो क्या उस व्यक्ति का स्वच्छता पर्वेक्षक के चयन में प्राथमिकता मिलेगी?
3:-स्वच्छता प्रेवेक्षक के चयन में ठोस एवं तरल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन में 10 दिनों का प्रशिक्षण प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है अथवा वैकल्पिक?
4:-स्वच्छता प्रेवेक्षक के चयन में गैर सरकारी संस्थान से प्राप्त अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र वैध है अथवा नही?
5:-अगर कोई अभ्यर्थी के प्राप्त आवेदन में मैट्रिक का अंकपत्र प्रस्तुत नही करता है ,तो क्या उस अभ्यर्थी का स्वच्छता प्रेवेक्षक में चयन हो सकता है,?

Removal of wastage from home facility is not available in my village.Village Name-Bhismagiri, Dist-Ganjam,State-Odisha.Pin-761055.

There is no facilities available for removal of domestic wastage.Priorly Domestic westage removed by mobile vehicle,But that vehicle is not working so no one from panchayat is taking responsibility to repair this.Peoples are throwhing the weastage in drain.Due to that drains are also getting chocked.

I am really disappointed to see how people of Sanjay Gandhi Nagar behave and dumping waste material opposite to Temple (Panchmukhi Hanuman Mandir).

There many issues around this area and residence are not following PM swachch Bharat Abhiyaan.

There are couple of people who pet Cows and let her go during the day time and they dump cow wastage in the Naali.

After cleaning Naali they dump the wastage and now people are started dumping their house wastage on the top of that.

Please do something and instruct them to clean their front he road.

Hope, you are going to come for survey.

Near to my house a empty plot is there and which is used for farming since many years by my family but now at this time it is used as garbage storage by municipal council of dera bassi and some minorities without any structure or permission which is in open space that coul cause many disease to my family becasue it is near to my house.
We had complained many time to Municipal corporation but not even singal action they could took due to some castism (jattiwaad), if we spoke no this the police took wrong action on us and registered fake FIR
So, it is requested to PM and his team to take action on this

I am from Basaidarapur west delhi new Delhi 110015. This is to draw your kind attention towards unhealthy environment and improper sanitation in my locality at Basaidarapur near ESI Hospital. There is no one to look after garbage disposal.the sdmc garbage van come after 3-4 day when there is lot of garbage spread all over road with pungent smell. we are livig in residental areain metropolitican city. i do have a proof of garbage which lie on road.it spread out near about 150 to 200 metre on road.now a day disease also spreading out. to avoid from new disease Please look into the matter.

There is no cleanliness at all in bagia wazirganj Lucknow though it is an urban area still people are doing goat farming in residential area due to which people of the area are fedup and small children and senior citizens are feeling are getting infections.
None of the inspection taking place nor any sanitation step has been take by local area responsible officers.

I am from Gayatripuram, Lucknow. This is to draw your kind attention towards unhealthy environment and improper sanitation in my locality at Gayatripuram , Near Kursi Road, Lucknow - Pin Code -226022.Everybody in this locality use to put their home garbage on the road whenever it rains all comes to log the drain. during the Monsoon season, roads convert into swimming pools. There is a lot of water logging, however, no one seems to pay any heed to the situation. Through this medium, I would like to file a complaint against the competent authorities, who are not showing any interest in this area and the situation is getting bad to worst. Please look into this and advise.

Want to bring this to your kind attention that in Uttarpradesh, there are numerous villages where, the designated govt. officials insist on bribery to pass on the file for building toilets at one’s residence.
I request that the Swach Bharat team, pls publicly make a toll free number famous that even the villagers / lower income class, are aware easily. As these people do not have access to internet, l and lack of education, rights etc. They end up paying to the officials etc

Toilets, is their right. I also insist that your team by rever on this mail provide me with a number for “helpline” as i am going to
Make toilet in my village residence as well. I want to make sure, no one bothers me for bribery.

Public toilets in Sreekakulam city Andhra Pradesh is closed for last 3months
People pore urine at side of toilets as they are closed.

I am from Jhumritelaiya, Koderma, Jharkhand. This is to draw your kind attention towards unhealthy environment and improper sanitation in my locality at samanta Kali Mandir , muktidham road. Everybody in this locality use to put their home garbage on the road along with sand, soil, stonechips for month along, even the Khomchawala in the near vacinity throws their thermocol plates on the road, whenever it rains all comes to log the drain. On repeated complain nobody came to look after it. Please look into the matter.

Dear Sir / Madam, I am a residence of 27/94/17a-1,Bagichi Street, Pandav Road, Jwala Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032.
I feel immense proud to be a part of Mr. Modi Ji's campaign "Swacch Bharat Abhiyan" .We all are completely aware about advantages of Clean atmosphere in terms of zero garbage around us.

But there is a plot(Land owner has many properties) infact garbage house, just next to our house, many people threw garbage into that empty plot instead of using EDMC door to door garbage picking van facility.

There is a tons of garbage in that house due to this we are facing enormous problems and always there is a threatening of disease. Infact in past we have been faced such vector born diseases .

Many times we have been maked request to owner but he didn't even pay any attention to our requests..
At last I am lodging this complaint.

Kindly look into this matter and and provide us solid solution immediately.

So that practically we can feel proud rather than on papers only.
