Milkbasket Grocery Customer Care No.

I have taken a monthly membership plan of Rs.99 valid till 30.08.2026. This is supposed to be a free delivery plan. Now I noticed that the company is charging Rs.15 as small cart charges instead of delivery charges. This is just cheating.

For last four days I am facing an issue of milk getting curdled and complaining this to the executive but they see we can't do anything in this matter that as per rule we can't do anything. Then one person said make video n send n when I sent that again they say sorry can't do anything if we send picture they say it's not clear if we send video then they say we can't do anything. Biggest surprise is if we buy same brand milk from market then it's ok but if we order here it's spoiled one that's make clear that are providing expired products.Request every one to stop doing any business with these people they minting only money no customer satisfaction.

The person came at door step for promoting this app, he said will get free milk for 7days, asked me to add amount in the vallet, I have added but the milk amount is deducting from the wallet, i contacted him but no proper response, I want the amount refunded which deducted for free milk which app promoted as a free milk applied.

We have ordered dated 02.07.2026.
Our ordered was wrongly delivered to another customer.
After continuously follow-up and request the refund was received..
Post that the delivery person also got the order at night 9pm same day
Once we received order we mention in chat that we received order so you can deducted money..
Your team has wrongly deducted the money twice immediately.
When again I complain for twisely deduction, your customer service team says resolving the issue....very surprised...
Still after 5 days Almost 120 Hours we have still not got refund.

Amount is Rs. 217

very unhappy about the situation..
Also when I am asking you team on Email as well as on Customer Chat replying wit same answer ' Our team is working on it '.

It is really not accepted.

When I am talking to Customer care ' It replies all Agents are busy'.

Really very poor service and system.

No one is there to help customers.

The Milkbasket is giving free delivery for orders over Rs 199.I placed my order for Rs 228.35. When order was delivered on 31.5.2026, one item of Rs 53.35 was not delivered due to non availability. This was fault on part of Milkbasket but still they have charged Rs 15 for delivery. When I contacted customer care, they are not refunding this wrong charge. This is absolute non sense. I am being charged for a shortcoming on part of company.

मैं रेगुलर तीन दिन से परेशान हूं किसी प्रकार का कोई सॉल्यूशन नहीं निकल रहा है कृपया सावधान हो बहुत ही गंदा काम कर रही है कंपनी किसी प्रकार को संतुष्टपूर्ण जवाब नहीं आ रहा है इनका

बहुत ही गंदा आप h है ये बस लोगों को ठग रहा है ग्राहक को कोई संतुष्टि नहीं दे रहा, आप को डाउनलोड करवा कर भाग जाते है और जब कस्टमर हेल्प मांगने के लिय फोन करता है तो फोन को स्विच ऑफ कर लेते है
