Complaint for service charges

had purchased AC from flipkart on 16th June 18. I had a complaint.I has called for 3rd service. Customer care didn't told me about the service charges. they sent their installation person his name is anees. He asked me to pay rs 750 but I did not pay the amt. Then ask to pay 400 but I got msg of invoice generated. Its rs 295 including tax. My CVC code is MHH2009190038

I have purchased 1.2 ton AC but I am facing cooling issue from last 1 year after refilling gas and other engineer support there is still problem.

No cooling

I bought micromax ac 1.5 ton in March, 2018. I have fitted it in my bedroom on the first floor. The problem is, even after running for 8 hours the temperature of my room doesn't drops.
