Recived damaged product and when I informed to you WhatsApp no they says that they will exchange it on Monday but now it's Tuesday and my product didn't exchange yet what kind of service you are giving us ? I want my product should be exchanged right tomorrow
Urgent Complaint – Leaking Product Received
This is absolutely unacceptable.
I received your product today, and to my frustration, it is leaking badly from the bottle. The packaging was a mess, the product has spilled, and a portion is completely unusable. This shows clear negligence in packing or product quality.
I didn’t pay for a damaged, leaking item. I expect a full refund or an immediate replacement—no excuses. I’m attaching photos/videos as proof, and I will not hesitate to escalate this issue publicly if it’s not resolved quickly.
Please respond immediately and fix this.
Ordered Before 4 Days Still Not Received the products
I had ordered but not received any product. Where is my order due date is 3 June still no update. MCaffine fake hai Mane online payment Kiya hai payment done ho gya order Mila nahi hai fake hai mcaffine vale bewakoof bana rahe hai sab ko and pura scam hai yeh koi order mat kro yaha se na koi mail ka reply dete hai
Product related concern
I usually order from mcaffeine as I love their products but this time I got a damaged item. Though I made a complaint but I am so disappointed. The company claimed to compensate but i have not received it yet. I have tried all possible ways to complaint so that they will refund back but no action has been taken yet.
Not received the order payment was also done even after 10days
I have placed the order MCaff4670119 on January 30th 2025, but still yet to receive it. Ideally I should have received it by Feb 2nd.

8 days before I was ordered but not received any call or update. Plz sure where is my order due date is 16 august but today is 18 August still no update.
