Level 1:

• You will receive a response within 2 business days.

Level 3:

• If your query is still not resolved or you are not satisfied with the resolution provided at Level 2 then you can escalate the issue to the Grievance Officer by mailing at grievance [at] championsofttech [dot] com .

Level 4:

• If your query is not resolved within 30 days or you are not satisfied with the resolution given, then you can escalate your complaint to Central Banking Ombudsman at:
