Return/Refund/Cancellation/Exchange

  • Step 1 : Raise a Return/ Replacement request within 7 days, if you have
    received a wrong/expired product and within 2 days from the date of
    delivery, if you have received a damaged/ missing product.
  • Step 2 : Return request will be reviewed within 2 days.
  • Step 3 : After the request is reviewed the courier partner will arrive within
    5-7 days to pick up the product delivered.
  • Step 4 : In case reverse pickup is not available, customer will self-ship the
    product and courier charges will be reimbursed.
  • Step 5 : After the product is received it will be verified against the claim
    and then replacement or refund accordingly.
  • Amount will be refunded within 7 days.
  • In case of returns, process will take 2 weeks.
