Apple executive hang up the call in mid conversion

Hey,

I can never expect this behavior from your team, I got a call schedule as I am having an issue with my ID and password and your executive just hung up the call.
I don't think that we pay a huge price for this kind of customer service, on the first place I am already suffering and struggling hard to get my ID recovered, and on other hand, your service is so bad.

BIS Certificate for MacBook Pro

Hi Team,

I purchased a MacBook Pro 16" laptop from US and got that shipped to India. The consignment is currently stuck with customs and pending clearance.

The customs authorities are asking me to provide a BIS certificate for the device in order to release the package for delivery.

Kindly suggest on how to obtain the BIS Certificate for the product.
