I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Luminous inverter I recently purchased. Since the day of installation, the unit has been completely unreliable.

The battery fails to charge consistently and frequently displays a "low battery" warning even after prolonged charging. Furthermore, whenever there is a power cut and the electricity is restored, the back-side fuse blows, rendering the unit non-functional.

Despite multiple requests to the dealer, they have failed to provide a resolution and simply directed me to contact your customer support team. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach customer care have been futile as my calls go unanswered. I am deeply frustrated by this lack of accountability and poor service. Please address these technical issues and provide a replacement or repair immediately. My contact details are provided in my profile; I look forward to your prompt response.

मेरा 10KV का सोलर है
सोलर इनवर्टर का इंश्योरेंस भी किए हैं Aprrox 42000 to 45000 rupees लगा है
मेरा सारा पैसा बेकार चला जा रहा है सिर्फ मुझको ठगा गया है
साइट विजिट दिखाकर कंप्लेंट क्लोज कर देते हैं
बार-बार कंप्लेंट करने के बाद कंप्लेंट सिर्फ क्लोज कर दिया जाता है और कोई काम नहीं होता है सर्विस एजेंट और कंपनी के कुछ स्टाफ चीटिंग करते हैं
मैं पिछले लगभग 1 साल से कंप्लेंट कर रहा हूं लेकिन कोई सॉल्यूशन नहीं निकल रहा है
मेरे सारे लॉसेस और सारे पैसों का भरपाई कौन करेगा

Your service is very bad my inverter is not giving backup and i reg complaint but there is no reply i am very disappointed with you you are giving totally bad service send your technician and resolve my inverter issue

Sir, mera Luminous inverter kal evening(07/08/2020) se charge nahi kar raha hai jiski wajah se battery discharge ho gayi hai. Maine is se related aaj morning me complain bhi register karayi but abhi tak koi response nahi mila hai.
Please solve my problem urgently.

Four months ago inverter was cured now again the same problem is coming up again ,which had been cured four months ago

I had also the worst experience from this.i had completed two times then also they didn't take any action.

Proper backup & till 4 day ago I book the complain customer care
But dinesh has Been come and check 3 time my battery but not resolved problems I don’t want to bay again luminous product

my luminious inverter is not working from last some days and the dealer don't know how to fix this problem i am trying to reach out to luminious india but didn't reach out them.
it is not charging and always shows mains on low battry no load
