2 months ago service manager came and replace my old pcb with new one and took Rs 3000 but now the same problem arises. I have 1650 luminous inverter and I found it is one of the wrost inverter. Please don't bye luminous. Now no contact numbers of customer service are active. Can't even inform about problem to the company. After sales service is big Zero. Wrost product.

Please note that the complaint is regarding my Inverter was not working properly from the last 3 days as I Purchased this 2 year back with a 36 months warranty, almost dead before 24 months. I had Complained about the same one day before the warranty expired. They assigned us an Engineer on complaint named Manpreet Singh. He misbehaved and he asked for some charges for his service. I had refused to pay him the money because my inverter is in warranty. I had words with his Chandigarh Branch Manager name Varinder. He also misbehaves with me.

Due to some fault in my "luminous" inverter, it doesnt function properly and my family has to spend nights in darkness. This defeats the very purpose of buying it. I have contacted them four times and they have yet to take action.
