My washing machine not proper working.
Please provide return process
Leaking fully automatic front load washing machine
Here I’m complaining through this about a Lloyd LWMF70 7kgs l Fully Automatic front load washing machine.
I purchased this washing machine for my old parents as I’m abroad, to ease their age. But since it came my parents continuously complaining about this washing machine through your on call customer service representative but don’t know for which reason they couldn’t ever came, not even to look once the problem.
I also did two emails on your customer service Id: PerfectService [at] lloydmail [dot] com, no one replied me and mail delivery subsystem says it’s not a valid email address.
The washing machine is leaking from bottom, leaking water comes from right front bottom flowing on the floor, machine is working properly in terms of washing, rinsing and spinning, but it leaks and exactly from where my parents couldn’t find, they notice leaking water flowing on floor.
Last year in the end of October (as much as I remembered) this washing machine was purchased in my absence so i didn’t have any bill and old parents are unable to find them now, but they know shop from it came. So it’s under warranty still.
Hence I request customer service person to visit and fix it.

Dryer not working. Complaint registered for three weeks
Hi all,
My name is Ahmad Saood. A very angry customer. This is to be considered a formal complaint regarding your customer handling and maintenance/servicing. I purchased a lloyd semi-autimatic washing machine on Oct 06, 2016. We got a complaint registered regarding the dryer not working on Aug 09, 2018. Service Request number is HIL0908181041709. A mechanic named Mr. Sohail Malik attended the complaint next day and after checking the machine concluded that the spin motor needs to be changer as it is burnt. He gave an estimated time of repair 2-3 days. As nobody turned in by August 14, we called back Mr. Sohail and he replied that he has not received the motor from the company yet, that he will come once he'll get the motor. It has been almost 10 days since then and I still am waiting for my machine to be repaired. I called customer care who provided an area manager Mr Gaurav Chauhan contact number that I'm continuously dialling for last 4 days and unable to connect as the number is not available. What kind of customer service is this ? I am given a contact number of not an area manager and that too is not available ??? Isn't it pathetic ?? Another number of some manager ( not sure what he manages) Mr. Roshan Singh was shared with me by customer care that I have been calling since Aug 19, he picked up the call on 21 Aug and said he'll call back within 20 minutes. On my watch it has been 2days since then and his 20 minutes aren't completed yet ? I can understand his watch may have stopped working ! Why isn't he receiving my calls when I am calling him back to back for 2 days ? A manager ?? Really ? I pity on you, your managers and the mind blowing job they are doing. I want my machine repaired within 1-2 days. This is a festival time and we have a gathering at our home. On such an occasion I don't have a working washing machine at my home ?? Do you guys have basic understanding of necessity ?? I will talk to my lawyer and not hesitate to take legal action if this issue is not resolved within the given time.
