Very bad service

I am thoroughly disappointed with RO Services. After purchasing a one-year AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for ₹5000, their service has been nothing short of a disaster. When they were selling the AMC, they were very persistent, calling us multiple times. However, once we made the payment, their service completely vanished.
For the past month, my husband and I have been trying to schedule a maintenance visit. Every time we call their service center, we are given the runaround. They create a new service request each time and then abruptly hang up, assuring us that we will receive a message or call. We have taken time off work and stayed at home, waiting for their technician, but no one has shown up. This has been happening for four days in a row now. Their customer service is appalling. Each time a new person calls, they promise to come at a specific time, but it never happens. It's incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of our time. We have been left with an unserviced RO system despite paying for the AMC. I strongly advise everyone to avoid livpure RO Services. Their products may be fine, but their after-sales service is horrendous. Do not waste your money on their AMCs or expect any kind of reliable service from them.

After my initial escalation, a service representative — Mr. Amit — visited and attended the first service. During this visit, he committed over a call that all remaining services and parts under the AMC would be completed without any further charges. However, since then, despite repeated follow-ups for over a month, he has failed to honor that commitment. The final pending service remains incomplete, and there has been no response or action from your team on the complaint raised.

This ongoing negligence has led to the TDS level of our water crossing 500, posing a serious health risk to my family. We had trusted Livpure by opting for a 2-year comprehensive AMC, but the unprofessional and deceptive behavior of your service vendor has broken that trust.

I request Livpure to:

Take immediate action against the fraudulent service provider, Mr. Amit, for breach of service and misrepresentation.

Share the details of a reliable and authorized service center in my area, as I still wish to renew my AMC with Livpure — but only if assured of professional service going forward.

This situation reflects poorly on the brand's commitment to customer health and satisfaction. I urge you to treat this matter as high priority and provide a resolution without further delay.

I have purchased the water purifier , and I have a problem ,I called the service person, he is not responded.

Issue regarding RO

I installed this product however they were so eager to install it and take the money due to some issue that product didn’t work out here then they took 3mnths to uninstall this after doing this it’s being more than a 2week that they are not refunding the money like this company is only looking to take the money no concern after that regarding anything now m calling them they just put my phone on hold and talking to their customer care person they don’t what to do like this is how they are just taking the money from people that’s all if u all read this comment company kindly refund my money back

Purchased the product on March 2019, within 9 to 10month I had done I had done 2 service, now again Service done on 07/dec/2019, which is not perfectly done, next day (ie) from 08/dec/2019 started leaking, called that service person n told regarding d leakage but he said no problem wait for 1more day if not resolved automatically I will check but after that his call is not getting connected when ever I call him, and from yesterday totally purifier is not working, from today morning I am trying to call customer care that also not getting connected, fed up with the Livpure product as well as service, ridiculous customer care.

The installation was done by M/s Sri Banashankari Enterprises Mr Mahadesh on 21/10/19 and it has started Leaking from 22/10/19. We requested Mr Mahadesh to attend but this guy was very rude and did not attend the problem. During Installation, this guy has collected Rs 200/- whereas the installation should be free.
Please look in to the issue and resolve immediately.
