Refund/Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of agreement, with charges applicable as per the Loan Agreement.
  • If you want to cancel the services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, then you must notify the same in writing by mailing at info [at] liquiloans [dot] com, customercare [at] liquiloans [dot] com.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2-4 weeks due to Indian banking procedures.
  • LiquiLoans reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders and may require additional verification before accepting instructions from users.
  • Negative third-party verification reports can impact the funding process, and lack of information may lead to rejection.

Level 2

  • If the participant is not satisfied with the resolution, they can escalate emailing support [at] liquiloans [dot] com. The company endeavors to resolve grievances within 10 business days

Level 3

  • If the participant doesn't receive a response within 15 business days or if the grievance remains unresolved for 30 business days without any update from the company, they can escalate it to Mr. V. Balamurugan, the Grievance Redressal Officer, via grievances [at] liquiloans [dot] com or telephone 022-47779519. The Grievance Redressal Officer aims to resolve grievances within 15 working days.

Level 4

  • If grievances remain unresolved or not resolved to the participant's satisfaction within 30 business days from registration, the participants have the right to approach the RBI Ombudsman
