Alterations issue

The life style representative said the alteration facility will be available for the same day but it was denied later on
And nobody in the customer care counter bothered to solve the query as I was travelling the same night and I couldn’t wait for the next day for alterations
Same experience 2nd time in same store with same people . These people are ruining the names of the brand
