Shipping

• Any changes in your address needs to be informed within 24 hours
  of placing the order. You cannot make any alterations to your address
  24 hours past your order
  placement/after the parcel is shipped.
• The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 5-7 days
  in major metro cities in India and can take anywhere between 8-10 days
  for other locations in India, from the time the order is confirmed.
• Delivery outside India is expected to take up to 15 working days
  depending on the postal code and mode of shipping. Please include
  3-5 working days if you choose to go for stitching.

Return & Exchange

• The shipping charges to send back the product will be bear by customer
  will bear shipping charges for exchange product that will send
  back to your home.
•  When your parcel is received by Support team will provide you a store
  credit in your Kreeva wallet within 2 days.
• After receiving the store credit, you can place a new order from that.
• Then Support team will ship parcel back to your address based on the
