How to Raise a Complaint?

• To raise a complaint via Kooku App, kindly follow the steps given below:
  • First visit the Kooku App and login .
  • Then click on settings at the bottom right of screen.
  • After that select Support/Help option, then click on 'Create Ticket' option.
  • Lastly, submit your query/complaint by filling the form.
