LED 43 inch Smart Tv - not working

Bought 43inch Smart led 2 months back had initially issue of screen jumping with black lines it got sorted by itself in 2days,now TV is not recognise Remote and hence not functioning.
Tried to reach out customer support no luck mailed no response.
