Delayed baggage since two weeks

I was travelling to Mumbai India on 21st June 2025 and my baggage was missed by kenya airways staff which they promised to deliver in next 2 days and assured me that your luggage will be sent from nairobi on next flight. Now its almost 12 days and i am not getting any information from kenya airways about my luggage. In addition your Mumbai ground staff is not picking up my phone calls nor replying to messages. This was the worst flight experience and worst customer service experience with kenya airways. Your mumbai airport landlines numbers are also not picked up by your staff.
When I will get my luggage bag.

Hi, my sister and I are trying to get into contact with Kenya Airways India as we have not yet received our luggage. The calls are not going through or no one is picking up and our emails are getting blocked. It has been 10 days now and we have not received our luggage. We have visited for a wedding and all my essentials are in the luggage. Please could we get some assistance on this matter.
