I have raised the request on 16/03/2024 and till upto now 8/04/2024 I didn't received any call from technician but the respective representative were saying today tomorrow we marked your issue as priority but it's not priority it's worest in service too worest
Please all the people don't buy these products because they will not respond after we buy products it's true please don't buy and don't suffer

Fridge complaints

My fridge have lots of issues in last 1.5 year... Ots only aged... Its very bad service issue... We have daily lost lots of vegetables and meat etc. Kindly replace this and get back new one.. We dont want wait until your service testing till find the issue.

I bought kelvinator 1.5 ac from ludhiana Punjab it was my biggest mistake in my life.when ac installed after 15 days ac stoped the work I called to your service centre they came & he said geas level is low they filled the geas I have paid geas charges.now I am starting in this season ac again not working so I request you pl change my ac otherwise I am going to consumer court.

Pathetic Products and Pathetic Service

Dear Team,

I have bought A/C on 19 April 2023 but your technicians are visiting regularly but not providing any update and they are leaving without any solution , A/C is still not working. They are just marking their attendance on visiting my place and nobody is ready to get A/C in working condition. They are just making fool of us by visiting my residence , I did not expect this kind of service after buying this A/C. PATHETIC SERVICE and PATHETIC PRODUCT.

My double door fridge was not working so I called your service man he checked all the things and said this model is out dated I cannot do anything very easily. And for ur information the fridge has been purchased before 6 yr only. He charged fee for doing nothing.

Kelvinator mini fridge is defective

We had bought a mini fridge about 3 month ago.
It is not working properly.
Problem:
Water keeps dripping into food and spoiling the contents.
Running at medium freezes the freezer compartment making it unusable

The unit is located at my mothers house in india
Couple of service tech have visited and not been able to fix anything.
We expect a resolution or return the product within the warranty period
And refund of full amount of purchase .

This unit is a piece of garbage and reliance should be ashamed to produce and market this product
to un assuming people who cannot even get service , and the seller is taking no responsibility( Bapats appliances in Dharampeth, Nagpur) India.

disgraceful response from kelvinator service person prakash for more than 30 days and he is not picking the call and the customer care number is always busy or not picking. If the company couldn't provide service support then why should they market their products unethically cheating customers just to fill their pocket.

Worst customer service

I am one of the customer living in chennai who repent daily for buying kevinator water purifier.
These support people call daily for getting money for AMC . But after that the support people has not visited my home when i lodged a complaint regarding an issue with the machine. It happened several time.

Extreme dissatisfaction on purchasing Kelvinator's water filter.....within a year I had started facing problems ....however when contacted their service centre I did not get proper service in spite of continuous followup. My water filter still remains non functional ....
So do not purchase kelvinator"s water filter as their service level is extremely pathetic.
Please forward this to all your friends to make them aware.
