I have purchased Karbonn A1 model phone purchased. The problem is after completion of 50% above charging immediately the device is shout down even it is having 100% charged also. every day it is happening evening a new battery changed also. what is the problem with phone. Is it software problem or any hardware problem. Please show me the solution.
