Shipping in India

• Free shipping on all products for COD and prepaid orders.
• Once the order is placed, it takes 5 to 7 business days to dispatch after placing the order.
  Then 4 to 5 business days for it to get delivered.
• Estimated time would be 10 to 15 working days.
• You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

• International shipping charges are INR 2500 (0.6kg - 2kg ).
• It takes around 10-12 business days for the delivery.
• Prices are inclusive of shipping charges. Any other charges like import duty
  has to be born by the customer.
• International delivery partner is DHL.

Cancellation,Return & Exchange

• Cancellation is only available when order is cancelled before shippment.
• If you have received the product in a bad condition or
  if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please
  refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
• You can raise a return request by email at help [at] karagiri [dot] com
  mentioning your Order ID.
• Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is
  received back to warehouse.
• You have to raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving
  the product and company will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
• Replacement product to you within 5-7 working days.
