I was making a payment of saree of rs599 on snapdeal nd I did my payment with debit card by juspay my payment showed error. Snapdeal does not show my order my payment is somewhere stucked in juspay please refund the amount

Sir this is suprith,the problem is yesterday while booking the bus in redbus,i was used ur payment service.the problem is money was deducted but ticket wasn't booked.after I approached the redbus helpline they said me that your money had trapped in juspay, they will send within 24 hours.to get clarity regarding this I call ur helpline but it won't go.please clarify me regarding this as much as possible.i have exam on 7th in bengaluru.please refund me the amount as early as possible
