Booked today's ticket but no information about the ticket receiv
Hello Sir this is to inform you that I had booked a ticket in today's 9pm bis from your site.
I booked a ticket from Bhubaneswar to Berhampur paid 306 rupees through online UPI payment was successful but didn't get any confirmation msg or call from your side due to which I was unable to reach near bus..
It's really a harrasment to a regular customer.
