My bookings was confirming but I didn’t travel i cancelled money came in the app and then I transferred it in my account but not received in my account pls resolve the issues!!

I cancelled ticket on 22 may for some reasone through ixigo .According to Ixigo they transfered the money to ixigo money max account .There was an option to transfer that money again to the source from where you have paid the money ,I did the same.Again according to Ixigo the refund has done by them but the problem is the money is not reflecting in my account .I tried connecting customer service but its useless.

I have reservation to go from vijayawada to cuddapah on 26-11-2020, in Truejet flight. But the flight was cancelled, due to cyclone. since then, the ticket amount is not refunded.
