complaint against drinking water for students in IMU Kolkata

Sir,
its a humble request, students are not provoded basic amenities in the college campus as well as Hostel, they are suffering from lack of clean water and many other issues but they are afraid of complaining against college and hostel administration.
Request you to take some action to provide the parents a sigh of relief.
