complaint against drinking water for students in IMU Kolkata

Sir,
its a humble request, students are not provoded basic amenities in the college campus as well as Hostel, they are suffering from lack of clean water and many other issues but they are afraid of complaining against college and hostel administration.
Request you to take some action to provide the parents a sigh of relief.

My daughter, ARUNIMA DEBNATH having qualified in the IMU CET 19 ( registration no.CET 19U97186, Hall Ticket No. 109250) has undergone counseling for admission to an institution depositing an amount of Rs. 10,000/-. my query is as to whether full or a part of the deposited money will be refunded. is so what procedures have i to follow for that refund.
