This is not fake.i booked on 21st march ,still saying that cylender are not available and not confirm that will come or not.and by you and government said .no issue of cylender.we are here 16 persons in a family and waiting for cylender.either say yes tomorrow will be at your home or say public is right- we are wrong .now cylender is rare to reach. I am from haryana ,hisar,mandi adampur comes under shyam gas agency.what you say -that will be in media depend on you

I booked an LPG refill with Murali Enterprise on November 10 and made the online payment on November 11. However, the refill was not delivered. Consequently, I lodged a service request with Indane customer service on November 24. On November 25, I received an SMS stating that action had been taken on my request, but the refill still has not been delivered. Attempts to contact Indane's customer service have been unsuccessful due to poor connectivity on their end, which appears to be a tactic to discourage customers from addressing grievances. The service from the gas agency is extremely disappointing, and Indane’s overall handling of customer issues is equally appalling, leaving customers to bear the brunt of their inefficiency.

Sir your distributor Chenab Gas Agency have not delivered the gas clyinder even we got the message that the clyinder had been delivered at our residence. When we inquired about the clyinder they said that clyinder will be dilivered to you with in a day or two but even after three days the clyinder have not been devived to us. The staff members of the Chenab Gas Agency talk with us in an unapproprite manner and misbehaved with us. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

Every time there is an issue in cylinder delivery. Your Distributor M/s Murthy Gas Service represented by Mr Arun Kumar proprietor. He is having godown 15 kilometers far from Bangaret town. And now he informs that the cylinder must be collected near godown or else delivery charges must be paid by customer Rs3/- per kilometer.

This is to bring to notice agency people sending service person for checking suddenly he asks for visiting charge for the regulater problem as it was new purchased and it was not fitting so called for indane office for service request it is new regular and he sent the person and checked it was rectified and service person suddenly demanding 150/- rupees for the visiting charge forcing to give calling everyone to give the money govt gas agency are sending people like this

The number 1906 is not working. I have been trying since yesterday night to inform about gas leakage. Getting a message that the number is out of range. Please check and make it accessible

My Self Yogesh Kumar, resident of Phillaur City, wants to Complaint Against Phillaur Gas Agency that They are not able to provide services in time to their customers. They have not so much investment that they buy as per customer demand LPG Cylinder Lots in a day . At present their Financial Condition is not good. The Agency Owner Deposits cash from my office for the last four years in an emergency. When they do not have the full Lot amount of cash that Party borrows from me as well faith or other local personalities the next day or other next day they refund that amount. They transfer money to Indane Gas in the late hours & their Lot request process in late hours & they receive Lot in the next day in afternoon hours & evening hours so on that day supply is not delivered to customers & When their Cylinders are not sold in a day due to any reason they are under pressure & borrow cash from local parties for receiving new Lots.

They said that their Sales Officer is pressured to take maximum Cylinder Lots in a month & they blame that their Sales Officer Complete their Targets , Sales Officer take decision on their mood , Sales Officer not understand Phillaur Gas Agency under which condition & they said Our Higher Authorities stops their supply if they not taken any new lot But we are under pressure & not capable of maximum sales of 5 Kg Cylinders & Commercial Cylinders & our payment is blocked on those cylinders . In a Lot Sales Officer sends 5 Kg. Cylinders & Commercial Cylinders But our usage is less both types of cylinders sold on loss .
I request that their agency services surrender or refund their security amount so that they live their Retirement age easily without any Tension & They Clear all dues to their borrower. Indane Gas Company gives a chance to any other new party for giving better services to their customers.

Sir and mam i am asha devi from Delhi and my compalined in about our distributers give very late and cylinder is 4Kg cut cylinder and when I saw say about this so they was do very bad response and our cylinder distributer agceny name is raj film I hope are you are respont our this complaint thank you

Sir i booked lpg gas but it is show only 16 rs subsidy i want to know why only 16 rs added on my account. Previously 163 rs added on my account but in 4 month only 16 rs added .

The last subsidy was recived on 10/06/2019 in my bank account after that no subsidy received in my bank account. Please look in to the matter and release my subsidy against my cylinder bookings to my bank account as early as possible

Please treat it as most important for which I shall be highly oblized to you

Company me kaam karta hu, 4-5 mahine me kabhi gorakhpur aana hota hai, Ghar me sirf mata ji aur pita ji hi rahte hai jo ki kafi vridh hai, gas lene ya bhag daugh kar nahi pate,.

Agar najdiki gas agency rahega toh unko kast nahi hoga, ath sir aap se nivedan hai ki mera gas connection himanshu Indan gas service per transfer karne ki kirpa kare, Ish sambandh me ek transfer request bhi daala hu,dear sir area sales officer, cx18963424, connection transfer savvy Indan gas se himanshu Indan gas Rapti Nagar ke liye Maine aap se ek request send kiya tha, aur aap ne distributior se contact karne ke liye kaha tha. sir main jab via phone contact kiya toh unhone kaha ki ASM hi chahenge toh gas transfer kar sakte hai,
sir aap se request hai ki gas himanshu Indan gas Rapti Nagar pe mera connection transfer karne ke kripa kare.
