For Complaint

Level 1:

  • You can also fill out this Complaint Form .
  • You will receive a response/resolution within 10 working days.

Level 2:

  • If your query is still not resolved or you are not satisfied with the resolution provided at Level 1 then you can escalate the issue to the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) by mailing at grievance [at] kisafinance [dot] com .
  • You will receive a response/resolution within 7 working days.

Level 3:

  • If your query is still not resolved or you are not satisfied with the resolution provided at Level 2 then you can escalate the issue to the Principal Nodal Officer (PNO) by mailing at nodal [dot] officer [at] kisafinance [dot] com .
  • You will receive a response/resolution within 7 working days.

Level 4:

  • If your query is still not resolved within 30 days of the period or you are not satisfied with the resolutions given above, then you can escalate your complaint to Central Banking Ombudsman at:
