Scamming customer
I order 3 products and delivered only 2 product and when I raised a ticket about the missing product they repeated the same sms that they will assign to agent or senior will look into matter
This has been going for 6 days and still the same sms has been repeated and when I asked about the return policy or return my money they I do prepaid for the missing one product,they didn't give me any respond.
This Company is good at scamming customer.
Product missing
I ordered 4 products I just received the package and there is just one product received and the other 3 are missing I raised a complaint but they are not responding rather giving same reply that they have assigned an agent and will connect soon. I want either my money or the product back. This company is scamming people.
Waiting for My Refund from one month and no one is replying
my order was cancelled and still haven't received my money back, its over a month now.its difficult to catch them,the telephone number given
is always switched off,no one is replying on emails and whats app.is this a fraud company?have they run away?
Late delivery
I'm really disappointed with the delayed delivery of my order. It’s well past the expected date, and I haven’t received any clear update from your side. I have ordered on day before yesterday for 4 things I want to cancel Golden hour serum from that order and also apply the code for offer 3@1149 I spoke to one of your team members from the costumer care number he was so rude and impolite
