I am extremely disappointed with the service and refund policies of HRX. Honestly, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever faced while shopping online.

I purchased a trolley bag from HRX and later returned it through the official return process. Since then, I have been continuously waiting for my refund. Every single time I contact customer care, I hear the exact same line: “You will receive your refund within 5–7 days.” But now it has already been more than 20 days, and I am still hearing the same thing again and again.

What kind of policy is this? How can a customer keep waiting endlessly with no proper resolution, no transparency, and no accountability?

The most frustrating part is the customer support itself. Whenever I try to contact your executives, either the calls are not answered properly or I have to wait and call multiple times just to connect with someone. After 5–6 attempts, when someone finally answers, they simply repeat the same scripted response instead of actually solving the issue.

I have purchased trolley bags and products from many other brands before, but I have never experienced such poor refund handling and such unprofessional customer service. A customer’s money is not something to be taken casually.

This entire experience has completely broken my trust in HRX. I would genuinely think twice before purchasing anything again from this platform, and I would also suggest others to be careful while ordering if they expect timely refunds and proper customer support.

I recently bought a Hrx white shoe from Myntra.After wearing it for 1 day, the sole got cracked from the side. It’s been less tyan 15 days since I bought this product and wore it only 1 times. I feel cheated and find myself unable to trust the brand anymore. Kindly let me know where can i post my feedback or attach pictures do that it can reach the concerned team.

I bought a bag from hrx with good reviews on flipkart(probably they have bought those reviews or those are just bots). After two weeks of using that bag, its torn off from the handle bit, completely. Contacted flipkart, they asked me to contact hrx, now none of them are replying or even getting my call connected so they could replace it under the so call "1 year warrantly". Get it replaced HRX or your brand value is already terrible it'll go more and more down if I start giving actual reviews of your products online.

The company is known for offering shoes with good quality but that's not true on ground . I recently purchased a shoes from HRX which costed around 1000 which lost its pasting in 1 month and it tore when I was available for a importing meeting in Jaipur. It is the brand with one of the worst quality shoes.
