HP 440G8 Laptop issue.

Hi,

I have purchase two laptops on 3rd Jan 2024, one laptop is working fine but other one laptop is not working properly, it's have touch pad issue, hanging issue. I have raise case on 10th of Jan 2024 for DOA. From the last three months, 3 or 4 times HP engineer has visited and checked and done the multiple R&D. And again sending your engineers for R&D. I have marked the mail multiple times to CSS Service Head (servicehead [at] hp [dot] com), KHAN, AAINA (CW)" (aaina [dot] khan [at] hp [dot] com), Aditya (aditya [dot] shukla [at] hp [dot] com), Baban (baban [dot] kumar [at] hp [dot] com) but i have not received any clear reply from HP Team.
I'm receiving only one type of mail -
(We would like to inform you that we are working with our concern team to check the concern. Once we get the revert from our team, we will definitely update you.)

Repeated failure- Newly purchased HP ENVY 360 Laptop

This is with reference to the Laptop HP ENVY X 360 Laptop which I had purchased on 3rd June 2023, I have been facing problems with the keyboard since the beginning.

While the Keyboard was being changed by the hp service team , the motherboard got shot, which was also replaced. This led to a series of issues like Microsoft Office could not be logged in and then Windows could not be loaded. WIth great difficulty it took me 10 working days to get all these updated. After another 2 days, the same problem has again started in the keyboard .

I am a Chartered Accountant and solely dependent on my laptop for my work. I have purchased a high end laptop for smooth functioning of my work. Instead I have been struggling for the past so many days to get the laptop to work properly. It seems that either your service team is not competent enough to identify the problem or there is a problem in the product itself.

I cannot afford to lose any more days on this issue ,since the problem has been reoccuring again, You are requested to give a refund of the amount or change the piece of my laptop.

I hope your customer service is doing well somewhere.
I bought your laptop worth rupees 42000 2 weeks ago. Within 14 days your touchpad starter making issues.
But I was glad that I am having a site warranty given by HP. First it much harder to contact your customer service agents than to get a Visa. You guys need ample of details to just listen our issues.
I registered myself to your website by submitting my serial number. Then you guys called me next day and listen to my issues just for a formality (I felt it by your agent's behavior). He said that I'll receive call from your escalation team next day. Today 3 days passed and I never received a single contact from your side. Is this is your way to treat your customers? Is this is your after sale's service? People spent their 42000 so that your laptops will start making some issues and than your customer service just ignore their customers. I think that day made a big mistake by entering the HP's store else than choosing any of your competitors who are better than you guys in after sale's service.

I'm having a problem in my newly purchased laptop

With great pain and anguish I am reporting that recently I had some issues with my laptop. After contacting the call centre, I was asked to perform a series of tests and generate various reports, which took up a lot of my time. I was told to return my laptop in exchange for a new laptop. With much reluctance, I proceeded after the agent assured me that the new laptop would have gone through many stringent tests.

When I spoke to a HP staff member, I was told that the laptop does not work properly. They filed a complaint against my laptop case number Case ID 510 4475802 & Case ID 510 5797003 (Active Case) . Having paid a premium price, I was very reluctant to exchange my new laptop. However, the issue of the laptop has mentally disturbed me.

I am so much unhappy with the HP service. since I didn’t get a response from their side for my issue in the laptop. I'm having a problem in my newly purchased laptop. I contacted HP service in my town several times and didn’t got the solution for my problem.

Today I spoke to a case manager “Ajoy Nath” (ajoyn [at] hp [dot] com), where his behaviour was not up to the mark. Moreover, he was not ready to listen anything and denied to acknowledge the laptop issue. After that he simply cut the call with stating that I am not going to listen your any complaint. This is highly pathetic behaviour.

I just want to bring this to your notice so that you can do something so that other customers will not suffer. I am wondering if this is the case with Ranchi service centre then how is your other service centres works across INDIA.

Sorry to say, but these type of incident costs you even more and because of my bad experience, I will not dare to advice anyone to buy HP products.

So please sir please take strict action on this and if you search you will find similar type of complaints on various complaint forums.

Irregularities in Laptop

Dear All,

We had purchased Laptop (Brand-H.P; Modal no.G-62-455TX; Serial No.CNFO479CVD) from reliance digital Vadodara, Nizampura Road on 06.10.2011. The laptop was not working from the first month onwards only. The laptop had severe overheating issues, after your recommendation I also bought the laptop fan but still no improvement. Several time I visited the HP service centre still the problem was not solved and I was denied replacement. HP plan was to wait until the warranty period get over. Also for the serial no. at your site it shows no repair work had taken place. All false info. is demonstrated. Kindly help to recover the data from that laptop as no data sharing way is working properly.
Warranty period in HP means that to not replace the customer's laptop, just making him go mad. Even the qualified engineers at HP are insufficient to solve a minor problem.

can't fix my wifi issue from last five months

In MAY & JUNE 2022 I faced the wifi problem and I register another case regarding this issue and they assigned the technician again . The technician visited and order a new motherboard for my product and changed the motherboard of this laptop .I used the laptop for some days and I face same problems but the case was closed .In August 2022 I face some display issues ,WiFi issues and sound issues on this laptop. I registered a new case regarding this they again assigned a technician to visit. The technician again ordered an new motherboard for my laptop and changed it. After using the product for one day I again faced same problems and called the technician he visited and told me that its RAM need to be replaced because the RAM is not working properly. Then he replaced the RAM and i used the product for some days and again in facing the issue of WiFi and I register a new case on September-14-2022
These processes are time taken and wasted my precious time and I could not tolerate it now because I am suffering alot daily due to your product. Now i don’t need any more services from your company. All I want is Replacement or Refund of this product. As I mentioned my all problems above and I cannot trust this product any more . this product is full of faults every day I experience a new problem and I cannot waste more time for complaining everyday Your product is ruining my carrier as I cannot use this product for a long period of time.So I request your good self Please and please think about my carrier and Replace my product or Refund my money that will be your most kindness towards me.

I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service.I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard.

1.We have taken HP's printer (HP StitchS500 64in) for the first time in Kerala.

2.Maintanance cartridge,ink ,printer head are assured to get within 10 days. But it's delayed for a month even after the payment has done

3.we take about 10 box inks &2 box maintenance cartridge in one month but it's delivered very lately and it affect our company's functioning badly.

3.The dealers are also unsatisfied by the service since they doesn't receive the products from Hp.

4.if it is possible to get the products directly to our company, we are ready for it too since our company is going downhill due to your delay in service.

5.If it is not possible to take such an expensive print and collect its raw materials then why we have this printer?

6.Mimaki,epson printers are all available here but we chose HP out of trust .

7.We have taken HP's printer for the first time in Kerala.As a first customer, we have not received any favors from HP

I have purchased a hp laptop

I have purchased a hp laptop on 14th may2020 having Serial No-"CND0033BH6". Since the first day of my purchase this laptop is giving trouble. I had purchase the HP Laptop model num HP 15q-BU034tu 2018 15.6-inch Laptop (7th Gen Intel Core i3-7020U/4GM/1TB/DOS/Integrated Graphics), Jet Black from Amazon on date 27september 2018, but now I am having lots of issue in running this laptop, for ex., if I start my laptop it gets completely hanged as it gets starts, and I need to wait for long time more than even 5 - 10 mins to respond , even after if I try to run any minimum usage of application again my system get hanged, and I open the task manager and sees whats the problem, it shows that my hard drive having the issue, even I try open google chrome or Microsoft word my system again gets hanged. I tried to contact to service center they told us to issue will get resolved if we format the system, but after the formatting the system also my issue hasn’t got resolved.
I am a business person I need to run the softwares as well in my laptop but this laptop is giving me lots of trouble in running my business, even the service center people they didn’t help me out.
Please help me in this regard asap.

I bought new cartridge for my printer deskjet 3545 (cartridge number 678). Both, black and colour cartridges replaced by new. When installed, get a message “incompatible cartridge” “ the indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer”.
The same new cartridges were tried in another printer ( deskjet 3545) and were working fine.
Please support to fix the problem

Laptop not powering up, no reply from customer care

I have recently purchased HP laptop from Amazon.in. After 4 months it stopped working & power on issue occurred. I tried every contact nos provided on the internet also called amazon for the service no of HP. But couldn't contact HP service technician.Please let me know what to do further. As i am Frustrated with the service provider number as it always provides recorded call telling the server is down or the service no has been changed.
