Very Bad Service Support

I am writing to complain about the above air-conditioner, which I bought from your dealer outlet ( Gupta Electronics ) on 07th April 2019.

This air-conditioner was installed in my bedroom on 07th April, and I filled in and posted the guarantee form on the same day. Next day, I found that the air-conditioner did not function properly. In particular, it was extremely noisy. The worst thing was that, when I switched it from “low” to “high”, it made a continuous loud banging sound. This sound was so annoying that I could not sleep and also installation not done properly.

Therefore, I called your customer care service representative, and asked him to exchange the faulty air-conditioner for a new one.

I demand that you either replace the air-conditioner immediately or refund my money.

Request you to please look into this.

Last 2 days my ac is not working and customer care also dont provide me help i have complained several times but no response feom HITACHI i suggest not to buy this poooooorr brand HITACJI...

worst hitachi customer care service

There is no customer care service available for the customer for after sale service. Hitachi company want a vast business in India but only by cheating the Indian public with his brand name. If somebody want to complain or service request you will find no contact no or person , whom someone can contact.

It is very difficult to reach the service customer care of Hitachi. What the management of Hitachi is doing ?

AC SERVICING NOT DONE BY CHURU SERVICE CENTRE TWENTY F DAYS PAST

Company have no control on service centre. Call lodged by me on 18 march 19 not attended till date. Three time Call closed by service centre without visit and remarks that customer not respinse.Three time mail send to company customer care and one time replied by krishna jadav but servicing not done till date. I advised to all customer who are interested to purchase Hitachi AC after sale no response given by worst company and harassment start for a few amount.

AC installation Charges

I bought one Hitachi 3 star split AC. I requested for installation in Hitachi customer care. After installation req. I got conformed charges via phone
- Installation charges - Rs. 450/-
- AC stand - Rs. 650 /-
But at the time of installation technician and manager of technician but switched their wording. Both said installation charges - Rs. 1500 /- , AC stand - Rs. 750 /- ( for installation they will have to make 2 holes in 4" bricks wall to pass pipes through it, they were charging Rs. 150 extra for one hole).

* At the time of request they saying different amount, at the time of installation they were charging to much.

Ac remote not working

Hitachi Toushi 3100F RSH318HBDW 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Air Conditioner remote not working. I have try to contact hitachi customer care but no response. pls provide a technician and solve my ac problem.

Service request being closed without anybody visiting to attend

Hi,

I am writing this mail with very bad experience regarding your service assurance committed at the time of purchase units. I bought 2 split ACs but not satisfied on service part.

Two service requests have been generated for scheduled service and getting request no and technician details too through sms but no one reaching and on the same day in evening, request gets closed. I personally called the technician to ask about Visit time, He said to attend the complaint in the morning but just now got a sms for closure of the said request. My question is that why do we do so many commitments to customer when we can’t handle our service partners ?

What your service teams doing ? Are they not checking functioning of service partner. They all are just spooling the image of such a great brand.

Plz introspect in this & do let me know how to get service of these machines now. If I don’t get any revert by 12 noon tomorrow, will take this up to higher management and may take the issue to consumer forum.

Split ac ZUNOH -

I purchased split ac ZUNOH in July 2015. Remote of the ac is not working. I used to on/off ac directly without using remote. Pl advise me where I can repair or purchase new remote

AC Malfunctioned

I have purchased this AC few months before,which was installed by non professionals so called service engineer.(they doesn’t know the spelling of engineer).
When i tried to run the AC after installation all the gases leaked off due to loose connection between the pipes. Same time i raised a request against the poor installation but nobody attended.

I would suggest not to buy any product of HITACHI i had a worst experience with this company.

Stabiliser and AMC of inverter AC

Need to install a stabiliser for my inverter AC.What is the cost?
Also needs to renew AMC for one year .What is the cost?Also needs regular servicing

Poor service request

I purchased three split ACs in June last year but till now the service that has been given is dry and ACs were not fully cleaned inside and outside.

Today I m tryi g to register a complaint for service but no customer care is working and when it did, recorded audio response was that we will get an sms but nothing till now.

I think we have made a mistake buying Hitachi AC as the customer care is very very poor.

We purchased Hitachi AC 2 years back. From the day of purchase we are facing multiple problems and repair is too costly. We have paid approx 10000 on multiple repairs.
Please don't buy this substandard brand. This company making people in INDIA fool by selling their faulty items. PLS PLS PLS DO NOT BUY ANY ITEM OF THIS BRAND...

I had purchased an Inverter Split Ac in April 2018. Its two services has been done in time by the self initiative of the service centre(Lucknow). Since this is early summer in my region and weather is getting hot here day by day.

Therefore i would request you to perform the 3rd free service as promised so that i can switch it on again.

Complaint regarding servicing of air conditioner.

Dear Sir, I have purchased one Hitachi 2T split a.c. 3 star from M/s Gulati store, Telibagh, Lucknow on 03rd March 2018. In addition one voltage stabilizer RYOKU make was provided alongwith the above a.c. (which was not selected by me instead the seller themselves provided the same with cost).

It is surprising to know that after too much chasing, during the one year of free servicing, the company did only one free service. On chasing with M/s Gulati Stores, they told me that one year of free service has been passed and they are unable to provide free service now.

The above act from an authorised seller is hard to be accepted as at the time of purchase, they themselves told that the company will provide 04 free services. Now it is seen that out of the 04 services to be provided during the year, they have provided only 01 service and that too after too much chasing and after 04-05 times promises. The seller is continuously making the customer fool. The fault of not providing the servicing lies with the seller. I don't understand why the customer is advised to the bear the loss due to the negligency of company.

Not only this, the stabilizer provided with the a.c. is also not working properly. On complaining, the same has been changed 02 times and both the times, the stabilizer provided is not working from the very first day. Even after making the promises, the seller is not providing the fully fit stabilizer.

Please interven in the matter.

Door Not closing properlly Hitachi REfrigerator

I had purchased 565 Lts. Hitachi GRey Mirror Door refrigerator in January 2016 from Lotus. I was delivered two year old refrigerator. Door was not closing properly from day one. I have been making repeated complaints. Inexperience techinicians are being sent . Each person gives a differeent version of the problem and the only solution they give is change the door. Last two techinicians who have attended are Kalicharan annd Tikeshwar Sahu. They hardly udnerstand any thing about the refrigerator. Pllease get my refrigherator checked up by a knowledgeable person if required send from the factory.
