Complain regarding hindustan submersible motor

Respected sir
My self Shakti Singh s/o Jaikaran Singh says that please tell me the solution of my submersible motor. I have purchase a submersible motor of 12.5hp on dated 27/06/2019 from Vijay & company hanuman mandir road shamli (U. P.) but right now he is not in working due to unknown reason but that is in warranty period.
So please solve my problem as soon as possible.
