Hello Sir, my name is Ajay Kumar, son of Late Baldev Singh, Village Baldoa, P.O. Gharjarot, Distt. Kangra. I belong to a middle class family. My mother works as a cook and cook in someone's house. I am a student myself. To avoid any inconvenience to my mother, I also work as a labourer part time along with my studies whenever I get a chance. As always, I worked during holidays. Mr Gaurav Kashyap, S/O Rama Nand, who calls himself a Class A contractor, I worked for him from 14th October to 10th November, from which I did not get any money from 1st to 10th November (7 days working, 3 days off). I cut short on November 10th because my exams were to start from December 4th. So on November 10th, I gave the entire calculation in the evening of how many days I had taken, which (from November 1st to November 10th But I have not been given the money till date.
when I ask for my money, They don,t response my messages and calls. Today it has been almost a month since I have been asking for money. I am tired of asking for money daily. I work so that I can cover my expenses myself and I do not take money from my mother because after my father's death (due to cancer in 2015), I have more responsibilities. Please get me my money from Gaurav Kashyap. Let me tell you about my work. I used to install 3 phase energy meters and 1 phase energy meters on daily wages, the contract for which is with Gaurav.

Mu name is Harshit Handa , I used to work in legency remedies , Katha , baddi.
I was mentally harsed by Production Manager Mr.Anil Guleria . In legency remedies. I was physically beaten by Mr.Nikhil Tiwari in company. I was removed by company no means . Can't explain how torture game was there . And phycals fights in company was there..Please help me sir. I was fired form company with no reason.

Lot of people left legency. It is a Blacklisted company in baddi.

I Manish Sharma was working with M/s Sama biotech,swarghat nalagarh road, Mr. Shashank Matanhelia refuse to give my salary for the month of september-2019. I am regularly followup from last one year but he says we will transfer but saying this now it is one year over

Please look into the matter and release my salary.

Dear sir , it is inform to that the Beta Drugs Limited company Kharuni , Lodhimazara Road , Nalagarh , H.P. is deducted the salary from the date 23 March 2020 to 31 March 2020.
As Lockdown immediate effect and our government says during this period no any salary is deducted.
Kindly look the matter .

I am working with immacule lifesciences. Due to health issues i have resigned from immacule lifesciences nalagarh. But they are not accepting it. and they have unofficial 12 hrs duty without overtime and even on gazatted holiday their is no leaves. Eg 15 aug , 2nd october. I have informed them that i am going to mail complaint about it to labour dept. And labour minister. Inspite of contineous follow up they are not responding. Pls help
