I request the immediate removal of my personal and professional information that has been published on your website without my knowledge or consent. Despite sending an email requesting its removal, I have not received any response. The customer support number listed on your website is also incorrect and connects to an unrelated person. Please remove the unauthorized profile and all associated information immediately and respond to my request. Failure to do so will leave me with no option but to pursue appropriate legal remedies.

I request the immediate removal of the profile of Dr. Shakeel Akhter from your website.
The profile contains personal and professional information, including qualifications and other details, which have been published without his knowledge or consent. Dr. Shakeel Akhter has never authorized HexaHealth to create or publish this profile.
This is a violation of his privacy and personal data rights. We have already sent an email requesting removal but have not received any response.
